In November 2016, I completed my Yoga Teacher Training course in Bali. Many say that graduating from a YTT course will change your life, and it sounds like a cliché.

This week I start my week with some variations of seated twists.
They are a great way to detoxify the body but also helps in calming the nervous system.
Putting your mind at ease is not always an easy thing to do. At least not for me.
But it helps with getting on the mat, get my body moving, breath and just take it from there.
